Electrolyte for the endurance athlete
Each unit contains:
For periods of prolonged, profuse or frequent sweating:
Administer 1 syringe (50ml) just before endurance ride. Repeat hourly throughout the ride.
Following consumption, water should be offered. Consumption of electrolytes stimulates drinking, and benefits in preventing hyponatremia (low sodium) which inhibits thirst.
Following endurance ride:
Add 85g of Endurolytes Powder to the grain twice daily for 2 days.
Do not add to the horse’s drinking water, as it will decrease most horses’ water consumption, and therefore be counterproductive
